Unless otherwise specified, all quotes provided by MGR Jewelry are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Quotes are subject to change based on material costs, design modifications, or changes in project scope.

6.2 Pricing

All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping costs, and import fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final pricing will be confirmed in the service agreement before project commencement.

6.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms typically require:

• A deposit upon project confirmation
• Progress payments at agreed milestones
• Final payment upon delivery or before shipment

We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as specified in individual agreements. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the quote or agreement.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

10.2 Limited Warranty

10.3 Warranty Exclusions

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and risk of loss will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless otherwise agreed
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified
• Delivery delays due to customs clearance or force majeure events are not the responsibility of MGR Jewelry

12. Cancellation and Returns

12.1 Project Cancellation

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Cancellation after production has begun may result in charges for materials used and work completed

12.2 Returns and Defects

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
• THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Notwithstanding the foregoing, EU consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

15.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may be entitled to refer disputes to the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MGR Jewelry and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of any rights of a third party

• Any breach of your representations and warranties

17. Force Majeure
